Preview thumbnail for I can't kick. I need some advice this has happened to me twice now during a 10K and now just recently a 5 miler I get near the end and try to kick it in and my hamstring tightens like it's going to pull. anybody have any advice on how to prevent this? I did a 5k a month or so ago with no problem. image
