So, I’ve been running about 4 miles a week and was wondering would that make my sprint and explosiveness slower?
I’m play in a lot of competitive Basketball and Flag Football leagues and im usually the fastest on the court and field.
Will long distance running ruin everything I have?
I run long the 4 miles per week to stay in shape but might start doing more hills and sprint work now.
It more than likely will. Rather than jogging the 4 miles, break the distance up into sprints with long rests in between.
