I gotchu. Just meant that with longer sprints, my speed endurance usually makes up for. If I wanna be winning against better competition though, I’ve gotta be good at all parts of the race.
Thanks, really appreciate it. In case your couldn’t tell, I’m more of 200-400 runner, at least that’s what i’m doing in college. My coaches have always been telling me my starts are the weakest part of my sprints, so seeing I’ve got some time off I’m really tryna focus in on it.
