What do your weekly weight training workouts look like?

Interested to see:

I've started with 6 weeks - 4x12 moderate weight with - Deadlifts, Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Hip Thrusts, Single Leg RDL and general upper arm core conditioning.

I've now moved to 5x5 with the same exercises but a heavier weight. I plan on then moving to 3x3 with the Deadlifts, Squats and Hip Thrusts and will add in the Clean and Jerk!

What do you think?

I run the 800m/400m and am looking to develop more speed and bring that 400m time down!
