I have never done a 150m race in my life, sure i have trained the distance and ran it at my club but it stil feels like a weird distance for me.
I haven't been to alot of meets lately because of injures and what not. So my first race back is going to be an akward 150m. And to make matters worse im famously bad at races away from home, at the end something always goes wrong. So im understably quite stressed and would love to hear some advice if you guys have any.
Is there a special way to run the 150m or is it best to look at it like a shorter 200m? Seeing as you do have a small part of the turn.
Also if you guys have any ways advice on staying and remeaning calm the week before a meet that would be greatly appreciated! Would love to be able to get a good nights sleep the night before the meet.
Alright thanks for the advice!
Im awake now because of nerves after a not so great training session so I will try and answer your comments, but if i dont ill be back in like 7-8 hours
