So I couldn't find heart rate stuff in the faq, and from Google I read that for most begginers they can stay in maximum heart rate for 30 seconds to a minute, so think I'm doing pretty good there. I was doing a combination walk/jog/sprint because I read that's a good way to start. I'm 23 so by Google definition of maximum heart rate mine would be 197, my maximum in this was 178. This is my first run, I've been weight training for a couple weeks and when I was on the treadmill decided I wanted to start testing the limits of my speed. 6mph on a treadmill at 15% incline was a lot easier than what appears to be 5.8 with minimal incline when running outdoors. I guess what I'm asking is for a begginer who hasn't done real excersize in years how did I do? For reference I'm ftm, 5'2", 127 pounds and 21% bf. Should I be aiming for a higher number of minutes in anaerobic? I want to get my body fat down to about 11% and build muscle. (As a ftm on T, there's not really a measurement of healthy body fat, but 11% is somewhat in between male and female athletics so figured that was a good number)
