Sliding door won’t open

As many of you probably have experienced, the sliding door can be a pain in the butt…I have a new issue and didn’t see a recent post on here when I searched.

So the slider wants to open. It starts, gets jammed and then closes back up. I cannot unlock manually or electronically. I’ve tried pushing on the area around the locking mechanism, no luck.

I’ve looked on YouTube and tried maybe 5 different things I found but none have worked.

Is there something I can do if I remove the interior panel?
