Question about trade in by Mail.

I mailed my IPhone X in on October 26th, it says it reached the warehouse on the 28th but chat support was less than helpful when I asked about the status, since I knew UPS had delivered it.
How long does it usually take for sprint to confirm your phones were received? I understand it may be longer with COVID and the new iPhone and trade in deals but I don’t know at what point to bug customer support by phone.
