Edit: I just entered the IMEI in the activation form on sprint.com and it said it's using the eSIM and didn't say anything about the plan, maybe it worked
I have a Sprint model Galaxy S10e and want to activate a BYOD unlocked Google Pixel 4a. I tried activating with the eSIM and it says my plan is not compatible.
I have the SIM from my old BYOD Pixel 1, should I use that instead of the eSIM? Entering the number on the SIM into the activation form online tells me "The ICCID (also known as the SIM ID) is unavailable. You can either enter the number again, or buy a new a SIM card."
It offers the "Unlimited Plan v2", "Sprint Essentials", "Sprint Value Essentials", or "Sprint Essentials 55". Do any of those have actually unlimited data? We do occasionally use 20 GB in a month and would like it to not be throttled or cost hundreds.
Is there a chance that fighting with the retention department on the phone could help?
