Please help this SERO-P customer maintain sanity and device swap a iPhone 6S Plus to an iPhone X.

Post Body

Rundown:

  • Uncle shattered Sprint iPhone X, back and front. Left Sprint for Verizon.
  • Uncle gave me iPhone X to repair/part/out/sell.
  • Took iPhone X to Apple, paid $579 flat fee & tax for brand new phone.
  • Went to Sprint store in town to device swap. Tried A, B, C, D sims. B Sim worked. Activation successful through Sprint, iPhone: SIM not supported. Employee said to talk to Apple, otherwise go to Sprint Corporate to ask for a "Corporate SIM".
  • Talked to Applecare, Applecare tried to contact Sprint, who put them on hold and hung up. Gave me a case number and told me to call back after talking to Sprint.
  • Went to Corporate Sprint out of town to device swap. Out of compatible SIMS.
  • Went to another Corporate Sprint, further away from town, to device swap. Compatible SIM, servers down.
  • Went home to swap online. "Problem with activation. Please call toll free number."
  • Called toll free number, spent two hours, got nowhere except another (different?) SIM being overnight mailed to me and arrive Thursday or Friday.

Can SERO-P customers no longer do device swaps? Can they only device swap up to a certain model on SERO-P? Will the necessary course of action be to switch from SERO-P to SWAC in order to use newer phones?

Any assistance would be appreciated, it just sucks right now to have spent a bunch of money on a new phone and not be able to use it as my new phone.

Thanks in advance
