Hi! I am very much aware that Sprint is apart of T-Mobile now, unfortunately. This leaves me a with a bit of a problem. I bought a fully paid-off BlackBerry KeyOne from Facebook Marketplace, and it is locked to Sprint's network. I would like to unlock this device, but I am not aware of the account holder's information

My first call to T-Mobile Support to request the device be unlocked was a very quick 5-minute chat ending with the gentleman on the other end of the call telling me that my device unlocked. I did not believe him, but he insisted.

The second time I called was much more lengthy and confirmed my original assumption that the last representative was just bullshitting me. They pretty much told me that they can't help me in regards to unlocking the device.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance!
