I traded in my 12 Pro Max back in September. Got war info they never received it. Went back and forth with CS and they verified with the warehouse they got it. Fast forward I get a text stating they never received the device. Was told the notes they found the device were there and to disregard the text. Fast forward and they took away my installment bill credits. Assured they found the device and they’ll reinstate the credits. Contact today due to the credits not being reinstated. Was told there’s no record of them getting the phone and that there aren’t any notes on my account about it. Now they’re saying I didn’t return it. I don’t have the tracking but I do have the return kit order number. Tracking through UPS is only 120 days so it’s long past that time frame. What is going on?! Help!
