Can springtails eat tomato skin?

I have made a small terrarium for some isopods and springtails are in the soil to keep it clean, to keep them alive I've decided to add a bit of fruit/vegetable just to be safe, would a bit of tomato skin suffice (it's definitely a decent amount from most of a baby tomato).
