Hi, I’ve lived in Springfield a long time. I’m 31 and I’ve struggled with panic anxiety disorder on and off for a long time with the last year being especially difficult. I see an LCSW and finally a psychiatrist next month but appointments are so spaced out because it’s hard to get in regularly. Plus, I’d really love if there was a support group I could join for some more social interaction for I spend a lot of time alone. I’ve done a ton of digging around and can’t seem to find anything. Does anyone know of any resources or anything related that may be helpful? Thank you! ✌️
