User said they needed money to pay for school, I bought a Miggy auto and a couple of Kelenic cards. Payment was sent 4/19/23. Seller said they would be packing up and shipping out by 4/21/23. I messaged seller on 4/22/23 (day after he said it was going out). Seller said it would be going out that day. 4/23/23 asked seller if there was any tracking. No reply. Messaged seller again to let him know that I would Need to hear back by 4/25 or I would assume he was ghosting. Seller sent message out 4/24 That he was really busy and couldn't send out. Said that tracking would be provided later that night and sent out 4/26 in AM. Seller did send out tracking on 4/25. No communication. Friday afternoon 4/28 I informed seller that it had been 9 days since he initially said he would ship and that after checking USPS tracking indicated that they had not received the package. I opened up a dispute with Paypal as I sent G&S and that I would be submitting a NEG post on r/SportscardTracker.

I totally get that people get busy but after multiple attempt's to get the seller to send the package, with no headway or explanations after almost 10 days is no Bueno.
