I opened this card out of a pack back in ‘98 haven’t really touched it since. Found it in safe recently so was just wondering what I had. Thought I would get it graded but I’m not sure how PSA works. Looks like you need to know the value of the card before you get it graded. It’s a 1998 bowman golden anniversary refractor numbered 3/5. Any help on how to get it graded or value just let me know. Thank you.
