I don't know if this sub is the best place to talk about this but I'm wondering if you all have some insight.
For as long as I can really remember I have had issues with body image and body dismorphyia. As I've gotten a bit older, I have seen a lot of progress in working through these issues. But one major area where is impacts me is in sex and relationships. I feel a sense of imposter syndrome, and the need to torpedo any good thing that comes my way because I don't deserve it.
Has anyone struggled with similar issues? What gives you the confidence during sex or toposts pics of yourself?
