Good news! You can! This Saturday, Mar 4th. I will be teaching a gardening class at the Downtown Central Library, Event Hall A. Doors open at 3, and the class will begin at 3:15. We will be going over the first steps of getting a food garden running. This class is designed with the absolute beginner in mind. So don't be intimidated if you don't know the ins and outs of seeds and sprouts. It will also have a focus on LOW COST gardening, and how to get the most out of stuff you may already have.
We will cover:
-The first steps in actually getting started
-Good starter plants
-Common Pitfalls
-How to think like a gardener
-Great resources to help you teach yourself
-Time for Q&A
Please comment below if you'd like to attend, just so I can get a rough idea of how many might be there. Feel free to bring friends.
Once again this event will be at:
Downtown Central Library
Saturday March 4th, 3:15PM-4:30PM
I hope to see a lot of you there. :)
