So I had a quick question regarding DEC earnings. I know about capture rate, but for a base value, is it only my rating that matters, or is the actual league I'm in a factor as well? For example, I have a rating ~1000, which would put me in Silver 3, but because of the power of my cards, I'm in bronze 2. I'll plan to rent some cheap epics to get there for end of season rewards, but for just regular games right now, will I get more DEC if I get the power to be promoted to silver 3, or is it based off my rating so it doesn't matter if I rent the power or not?
