Chaos Theory won't run on Windows 11?

So I recently tried running the game on Windows 11 but it won't launch. When I try to launch it, the little box with the title and artwork of Sam pop up but then it just closes and nothing happens. I've tried installing the widescreen fix to see if that would solve it but it didn't. Any ideas on what to do?
