GOOD HAIR STRAIGHTENER? DAMAGE FREE?

I have frizzy hair and the only straightener that seems to work for me is the CHI straightener (original). The dyson left my hair frizzy and takes some work to use. I love my Chi however, it does cause a lot of damage like any heat tool does. Can anyone give recommendations of a tried and tested really good hair straightener? Iām willing to splurge on it.
Key things are something with minimal damage & that works well to give smooth silky hair. Newer technologies or any ideas would be nice,
