Increase dose from 100 to 150??

I started Spironolactone 4 weeks ago and i’m taking 100 mg (2 pills a day). I’m also using tretinoin every other night and aczone gel every morning. My derm told me I can increase my dose to 150 but i’m not sure if i should yet since i’ve only been on for 4 weeks. Anyone have a similar experience??

I think I went up to 150mgs after like.. 5 weeks? It's up to you, you don't have to.
My increased dosage was necessary.
