Someone is talking to me while I'm half asleep

these past few nights, I can hear my mind talking to someone while I'm half asleep. It's not clear but I know and I can feel that I'm talking to someone, it's calm and comforting. I am in the process of spiritual awakening and I'm practicing meditations and shadow work. This is new to me.
