Need help with the Mycophile trophy

I cannot for the life of me get this trophy. I know there are 30 per location and I usually get to like 27, 28, even 29 and I either can’t find anymore or the match ends. Do you have to destroy items to find other spores, mold, fungi? Any help is appreciated.
