I’ve been a manager and supervisor at other places and i have worked retail before but I was just hired and going to start next week! What can I do to be the best assistant manager? If you’ve worked before what have managers and assistant managers done that made your work experience at SH the best? If you’ve been a manager or district manager what are some things that assistant managers have done so well that are apart of their duties that also make your job easier or what made them stand out to you?
