Why in the final parts after Venoms escape when the nests started appearing did they not just hop down to a police station and say "Hey these things hate these church bell sounds, here's the data play it over every TV in the city, thanks." or at least get Ganke to send it anonymously?

I understand why in the sense of super heros have to deal with the threat otherwise its boring. But if blasting it over tvs was too much just give them a few amps/speakers with the sound on it to at least protect the safe zones life hospitals and FEAST?

Not the hugest thing its just the first thing that came to mind, especially with the Emily-May foundation side stuff talking about how cures/things that can save peoples lives should be open for everyone. That last parts probably my biggest stretch. what do you think?
