What will be the difference between Miles Blue and Yellow electric powers

So far Ive heard that its to do with nuform but in terms of actual power difference, blue will be for ranged electric attacks whilst yellow for close range or something. I remember in teh first gameplay reveal, miles first blue electric attack from uptop almost "teleported" him to the enemies on the ground like he became pure electricity like electro for a second. Idk seems far fetched but when you slow down the footage it sure looks like it. I honestly find this kind of weird imo
