“Most Deceiving Trailer yet”

I know we are all still amused by the new trailer, but I’m remembering a rumor a while back suggesting that this trailer was going to be the “most deceiving trailer yet”. I’m wondering what you guys think about it. Do you think it’s still true? Or do you believe it’s not true anymore, after the long fight between Sony and Marvel about the trailer.
