I'm showing my girlfriend the original Raimi trilogy, should we watch the theatrical cut of Spider-Man 3, or the editor's ?

We've been watching the original Spider-Man movies lately, I've seen them plenty of times but for her it's a first (lol), she really enjoyed the first 2 movies, but now it's time for the 3rd one, ngl it's been absolute ages since I've seen it so I don't think like I can decide on my own as to what would give her the best experience, so what do you think ? As a first time watcher, should she see the original, or should we jump straight into the editor's cut ?
