His name is Mister Browstone, a.k.a Garrison Klum. He's the main antagonist of Spider-Man/Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do.
Okay, for starters, he's a serial rapist, incestous and ephebophilic... in the Spider-Man comics, making him more suitable for something like the Punisher comics, instead of something as light-hearted as Spider-Man!
Yeah, Spider-Man is no stranger to vile villains like Carnage and Green Goblin. But that guy?! Seriously?!
He's not even interesting. His power is teleportation (of liquids), which I admit can be interesting to some, as he teleports heroin into people's blood. But outside that creative way of using his weak-ass power and his evilness, he's just forgettable as he has no charisma, isn't entertaining in the slightest and his crimes are played for nothing but shock value. Yes, he is a realistic portrayal of evil in the real world, but that's no excuse to portray it in such a boring way when Cletus Kasady could be as evil and a lot more interesting without his symbiote.
Also, if you like this character, that's fine. Although I doubt there's anyone who remembers or even knows about his existence.

I knew I wasn't the only one who felt that mini went from fun romcom action to Garth Ennis-level shit.
