Bought this cheap Spidey costume on an impulse buy the other day, looking for suggestions on tweaks to improve it a bit.

My first time working on a suit, and itās cheap quality so Iām not looking to do anything fancy. I do plan on cutting off the attached masked (WAY too tight) and replacing it with a different one, as well as using puff paint to add raised webbing. I donāt sew, so unfortunately I canāt do anything like adding zippers. I am going to try my luck at making the mask using a tutorial by YouTuber ProbablySpiderman to give it a āself- madeā feel to it. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
