Questions about humidity and all day everyday use

I have an SF1000, and a humidifier. Should I worry about it reaching 65% humidity in the tent? I can't find the waterproof rating for the light.
Also, it's my first grow and my landlord covers my electricity so I wanted to try leaving the lights on all the time cause they are autoflowers, is this bad for the light?
