I hate the summer!
Post Body

I am SO heat sensitive but the place I live gets to 100 fahrenheit every single summer.

It's not even summer yet this year and it's already 105 outside, the AC unit in my room can't keep up and it's super hot even inside. Not like die of heat stroke hot at least, but hot enough that I had to unplug all my animals heating pads because their tanks were getting to hot even for the ones that require high temps.

Anything above 80 makes me feel horribly sick and overstimulated, so I haven't been able to do much of anything this week because it's so hard to think and I get dangerously close to a meltdown the minute anything gets frustrating or overwhelming. Also the sweat, god I hate the way sweat feels on my skin.

I did finally take the advice of one of my friends and ordered some stuff to help me cool off. I got a thing that you freeze then put around your neck which I've been wearing as much as possible, but I have to refreeze it every hour or so. I also got a fan for my desk thinking it would help but it just blows hot air into my face.

I hate summer every year, I hate being stuck inside more than I already am. I hate not being able to take my dog on her daily walk, I hate that the heat takes away the one thing I ever get go out and do on my own. It's so fucking depressing, and to have it get so bad that I can't even do stuff in the house is absolutely miserable.
