I have been having really vivid dreams. Some negative, some so-so but alarming. Few are positive. What dream catcher ideas should I think about? I'm partially Cherokee and concidered buying real sinew and crafting a dream catcher out of maple wood and sinew. I'm also wondering about alternatives! Some dreams revolve around a friend I know longer speak too due to her drug use. Help please the dreams make my rest less restful.
