Voice Chat for any application doesn't work when playing Spellbreak

Hey all,
When I play Spellbreak, for some reason in game there is a 30 second to 1 minute delay between me and my team. This is for Discord and in-game voice chat.
I've checked my resource utilization and I'm not seeing anything that stands out. Does anyone have this issue? This is only with Spellbreak..
