Game quality drastically decreased recently

Hey guys,

My friend and I have been playing spell break for the past few months and up until the last couple of updates we've noticed a drastic decrease in game quality. Whenever we engage in a fight our FPS drops substantially (I drop from ~70fps to 20-30fps). Keep in mind, I run a 1080ti, i7, 32GB RAM so I don't think its a resource issue.

Has anyone else noticed this drop or is this something that can be fixed with game settings? I know this game is alpha but we did have decent game quality in previous builds.
