Best ~$200 phone to use with Spectrum Mobile?

I just signed up for Spectrum Internet Free mobile for 12 months.

Currently, I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G that's provided by work (i don't use a personal) but looking to switch to a personal and taking my employer's phone stipend instead which means I need to get a phone. (They won't let me have the one i'm using.)

Amazon has refurbished Galaxy S20 5G for $220 which i'm tempted to get as I have no issues with this phone. Looking at the spectrum mobile store, the phones around $200 seem subpar compared to the S20 .

Are there any hidden gems around this price point with similar specs to the S20 ?
