I wonder why the promotional discount changed in just a month. The last months bill had a $15 discount and then this months bill had just a $5 discount. The regular charge is $74.99. This is also just for home internet. The employee said that the best he could do is to keep the price at 59.99 for another year.
I guess since we did complain, we got to keep the larger discount. But I still wonder how it works. And we have being long term customers of this service. It's being many years, even when they were Time Warner Cable.
My mom also notes that both of our neighbors have Spectrum as well and have two services cable and jnternet all the while paying the same price as us for one service.
