Hey guys, so my internet keeps cutting out at random times during the day, devices that are connected to wifi and ethernet are both affected. The "outage" doesn't last long 5 minutes at the most, but it is extremely irritating especially when playing online games or streaming videos.
I've noticed that the issue occurs at the :15 and :45 on the hour but not every hour, and on my android phone when I lose connection it asks me to sign in to my router. I've restarted the cable modem multiple times, reset it multiple times and I don't know what else to do.
I previously had spectrum come out and see what was going on for the same issue a couple months ago using a netgear router but when the router was switched back to the spectrum provided one the issue was resolved until a couple days ago
Any thoughts on whats going on? I'd hate to waste leave just for the spectrum guy to come to our house and say everything is fine and they see nothing wrong again.
Thanks
