My future daughter in law had an appt for spectrum to come out at 3:30 today and install her WiFi. It was 10:30 PM and the guy was STILL there! He said that spectrum skipped her house and did not put a tap in, and that he couldn’t leave til it was done. It seems like I remember someone telling me they have to stay til it’s finished up to 8 hrs. But would that include a late night as well. She felt very uncomfortable even though she should tell he was just trying to finish the job. He had to try to get them to let him leave so she could go to sleep. She ended up getting her neighbor to come over and he made the guy leave and then swept the house bc she ended up leaving around 10:40 PM to go to the neighbor’s house. Any insight here?
