Question for field techs.

Any field techs keep getting hit for texting and calling while driving. Iv been kn the report twice and I don't use my work phone at all besides navigating to the destination. I'll text only when im at a full stop and set at parking like I was told by my supervisor. Was told by my supervisor to go through my work phone to see if my settings are set at automatic response. Anyone had this issue before? Supervisor going to have my phone checked out by the IT department.
