I’m a retail sales rep. The amount of customers that come in complaining about the call center set them in to do something that they could’ve handled it another department could of handled is ridiculous. Most of the things the call center has sent them in for we can not do at a store level. Another thing is why does the company complete with itself? There’s so many ways to get the service I feel like the company is just shooting itself in the foot and hurting stores and having to shut them down. In the almost 2 years I’ve been with the company they have shutdown 3-4 stores in my district for not getting enough sales and just taking payments. I work in a small down that still doesn’t understand we aren’t a bill pay center. Our traffic has been down by 600-700 people a month the past 3 months. Things are looking scary.
