Okay Iām new here I just found out thereās a subreddit. This company is sadly killing me. Itās just hard to want to continue to work for a place that makes it extremely difficult to make commission over and over. My store is in the middle of nowhere in with a warehouse being compared to stores in strip malls in bigger cities. Our hours are nuts for a small town. I know Iām complaining a lot but thatās why I labeled this as venting. They make us work 3 times as hard and get 1/3 of the commission we use to. Doesnāt help that management doesnāt care about my store and never helps us out. Weāve asked for a new store but because the retail side isnāt paying for the building the techs are they wonāt move us because we are staying here āfreeā. Just frustrating and depressing how the company mistreats small town stores. Again sorry for complaining just needed to get this all off my chest. Iām hoping to leave the company with in the next month or so. Keep up the hard work I know we all do as employees and good luck you everyone.
