I got downvoted for saying people that don't use comms can have high ranks

I'm not arguing that comms don't help, but saying that people that don't use Comms shouldn't have high ranks is ssssooooooooooo dumb.
Not everybody wants to get yelled at every 5 seconds for stuff that isn't their fault (which is at least 75% of what you get when using VC)
