Can’t use all inputs as player 2

As the title suggests I can’t use the inputs for any beam super as player 2 it only throws out the charge attacks. Or as soon as I charge to sparking I then lose access to all super and it throws out the ultimate every time instead of the super I used the input for. Anyone else experience this?
