Trips not showing up in earnings or completed

Screenshot ALL trip before starting them 2 times last week I had trips not show up in earnings or completed trips and had to call support to close out the trip. 1 of these trips was done on Sunday and I didnt notice it was missing unil today and when support fixed it the trip now shows as completed as of now so that pay won't hit until next week. Even if you have switched to the new payout system these trips won't go to ur card if they aren't completed in the app even if you finish it properly. 🤬
