Getting tired of the unconfirmed tips stuff also the we can't tell why they are giving us a bad rating

Either they are tip baiting or something is odd with app... If they do get approved it's on next paycheck for following week... It drives me nuts with bad rating because I know they are giving me a bad rating because my Walmart I go to can't stock stuff properly and I can't find items...I don't know if they think they are giving me directly a bad rating or their displeasure at Walmart itself
