Well it is that time of the year again, do you have New Year's resolutions that you need accountability to make sure you do not give up in a few weeks?
I am a long time spanker primarily focused on non-sexual discipline. I have been acting as a mentor / disciplinarian for quite a few years setting reasonable rules. I like setting people up for success and avoid rules that serve no purpose. I enjoy watching people grow/complete their goals, and of course giving hard spankings. If you (or wife/gf/sub) needs help in any of these areas or others get in touch, and we can discuss further.
School/work:
Not designating enough time to study, significant time outside of class is needed.
Procrastinating on assignments, waiting till the last minute leads to problems
Low grades on assignments/tests/courses
Weight loss:
weight loss goals or exercise goals
Daily food log/calorie goals, eliminating certain foods from your diet.
Health issues:
Cutting back / eliminating drugs, alcohol, or smoking
Driving: seat belts, no texting/cell phone, speeding
Limit screen time/social media apps
Money Issues:
Making and sticking to a budget
Not making impulse purchases
Late payments / bounced checks
Other:
Serious problem with procrastination in general: housework, daily tasks, etc.
A strict schedule to keep you on task
Behavior modification such as cutting back on cussing, watching your mouth or being rude for no reason.
**Note: I do have several injuries which impair my movement (I spend most of my time in a wheelchair). I can walk some with assistant devices. As you can guess this has limited some of my play options so I mostly focus on giving spankings.
