Anyone know of any courses for more advanced speakers who constantly talk to other individuals in Spanish?

Post Body

I speak Spanish fairly well but sometimes when I’m having a full blown conversation, I can lose some things in translation and can’t answer in the best way I want to because my Spanish is a little more limited. It simply doesn’t feel like we’re having as good of a conversation as we can be. Now I do have a Spanish-speaking family and I have been speaking Spanish but I don’t get much opportunity as I don’t see them too often. Anyone know of some good courses to help with this?
