Help me understand the use of …

Does “…” in Spanish mean a sigh or a mild annoyance like in English? Or is it normal to use?

I write with Airbnb hosts because I’m in holiday in Spain and frequently see “…” where I don’t know what it means.

For example: A review of my profile from an Airbnb host: “julius and his friend were great guests…”. Or: Host: “when do you wanna check in? It’s ready after 16” me: “Is between 16-17 alright?” Host “perfect…”.

I don’t understand why they would put “…” after those sentences. It seems strange? But is it a Spanish thing?
